What we collect. When you use Hazel or a form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, the room photo you upload and what you tell us about your space and budget) so we can create your design and respond to your enquiry.
How we use it. We use your details to provide the service — to generate your room concepts and shoppable plan, to deliver your free preview and, if you purchase, your full $49 design board, and to support your enquiry.
Sharing. If you choose to be matched with a human stylist, we share the relevant details with that stylist so they can help you. We do not sell your personal information.
Shopping links. Our shoppable plans may contain links to Australian retailers. If you buy through them we may earn a small commission, and it never changes the price you pay.
Your choices. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
